After we meet, I will:
Assess current market conditions and compare your home to others that recently sold in your area.
Determine the best time for you to sell, ever mindful and respectful to your needs and timeline.
Detail my experience and skills and how they will attract more buyers and more money for your home.
Educate you about the pre-listing process. This may include home repair and cosmetic upgrades, and always includes staging. I’ll get bids for any necessary work/improvements needed.
Discuss with you the return on investment and reasoning for each of my suggestions.
once you hire me, I will:
Execute our agreed-upon plan of action. I collaborate with a number of reputable, trusted vendors who are skilled at preparing homes for market quickly and effectively.
Project manage all aspects of the work, ensuring our target improvements/changes are delivered on time and on budget. Some vendors have collaborated with me for 20+ years; I’m fortunate to have their loyalty and availability — particularly in this busy, high-demand contractor environment in the Seattle area, where timing is critical.
Pay upfront, if needed. I am 100% confident in my abilities to identify needed repairs or improvements that will result in a higher sales price for my sellers. I’m happy to finance the money — if a seller needs this loan upfront — to make necessary improvements or modifications. I am then repaid at escrow out of the seller’s proceeds at closing.
Remove stress and hassle. If any of the above items sound daunting, please rest assured that my job as your agent is to project manage and oversee every aspect of your home preparation and sale from start to finish.
